Services Provided

LEED Certification

Full Commissions: OPR and Basis of Design support, full commission execution through 10 month follow-up after completion.

Retro-Commissioning: Commissioning of existing buildings, equipment, sequences and systems.

Re-Commissioning: Ensuring that initial commissioning verifications are intact and updated as required.

System Commissioning: Commissioning of building or plant primary or sub-system in a full, re, or retro format.

Process Commissioning: Overseeing correct execution of construction process and functions allowing for direct process accountability to the site owner.

Technical Commissioning: Provide technical guidance and interpretations for construction personnel on specific task areas.

System Start-ups: Are provided for projects that owners determine are built as intended but still require high level or unique start-ups or interfacing with other systems including optimization.

Building Energy Use Simulations: Existing and Ideal comparative energy use models of your facility will be assembled allowing for detailed views of existing faults and or weaknesses.
